Responsible for the Daily Operations of the Company, ranging from Start ups, operational issues, acquisitions, JV's, Liability management, to turn over of final dispositions of the portfolio, all while managing the Entitlements, construction, Finical assessments, Auditable reporting and Employee retention.

COO/Operation Manager

With over 34 years in the industry, Mike is the Company Operation manager, Mike handles the day to day internal and External Operations, Mike over sees all aspects of the projects with regards to Scheduling, Change Orders, Progress, Client and Buyers interactions to Construction, simply stated his sophistication  “Is the link from the field to the Office”.

 

Katrina Berry

Executive assistant/Controller

Executive Assistant and Controller, Reasonable duties ranged from assisting Mr. Clifford in his Corporation formations, managing the Corporate fillings, and the over sight of the Project’s accounting, from Ground up through Lease up. Trina was known as Tim’s Right hand Girl, as she is his Daughter, she worked with Tim from the age of 14 learning every aspect of the development and Construction industry.

Office Manager

Suzi is the work force behind the Filling, Contracts, as well as AP/AR administration, Suzi keeps the daily flow of Vendors, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers in flow.
